Appointment Requirements
Appointments must be made by phone by calling (530) 674-9000. Orders from a physician are required for ALL procedures. When scheduling an appointment, please have your physician order at hand so that vital information is available to the scheduler.
Some procedures require pre-screening to ensure patient safety. Once your CT or MRI appointment is made, a coordinator will contact you to conduct a pre-appointment interview including a brief medical history.
Hours & Availability
Our appointment scheduling department is available between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Please call (530) 674-9000 to schedule an appointment.
